Bullbourne Bison Filet

Korean BBQ Seasoning 

White Rice 

Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions:

1. Start Traeger Grill (smoker) at 275 degrees / Start 

2. Pat dry filet and bring to room temperature 

3. Liberally season the bison filet

4. Place bison filet in the smoker until it reaches an internal temperature of 120 degrees. This should take 10 to 15 minutes 

5. Rest filet for 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 130 degrees.
